ARTWORK, GRAPHICS, & PHOTOGRAPHS
You may download the artwork or graphics on this site ONLY if you follow the artist's guidelines that is stated on each webset page. Good Tidings Graphics (GTG) has obtained prior written permission from each artist for their use, and observance of their standards must be followed explictly in order that we may consistently bring you the high quality artwork you desire for your webpages.
We have followed the artists guidelines to the best of our ability and to our knowledge, everything on this website is either copyright free or in the public domain, except where stated. Please follow our Guidelines for each of the particular webset types below.
LINKWARE SETS~
The graphics/artwork that are copyrighted and exclusively GTG's are linkware where stated and may be used provided a link to our website is placed on the same page as the set. We require that you provide a link back to: "http://www.GoodTidingsGraphics.com" and that you must use the logo's that are provided on the set page. You do not have to use everything in the set on your page. Right click on the graphics, then save to your computer or use the accompanying zip file provided for your convenience. YOU MAY NEVER LINK DIRECTLY TO ANY GRAPHIC! We will be moving the sets around regularly, and you will lose your links. The linkware graphic sets are for your personal, non-profit, family-oriented, ministry-type website use only and may not be used on commercial sites. If you need something special, please fill out a QUERY form and we will help you design 'just what you had in mind'.

PURCHASEWARE SETS~
Purchaseware sets are original designs by the GTG design team and have never been used as Linkware sets or elsewhere on the internet. They are available only for purchase at a reasonable price exclusively for your webpage. When you find a set you'd like to purchase, there will be a PayPal payment button on that page, which will take you to a secure connection for payment. We take MasterCard and Visa Credit Cards. After we receive your payment, we will email you a zip file containing the graphics and html file for your exclusive use. If there are any other guidelines pertaining to a particular set, it will so be stated on that page which the set appears. Where photographs are concerned, GTG retains the original copyright the same. Purchaseware sets prices vary according to design on each set, but most can be purchased for between $20-$40, depending on difficulty. CLICK to go to Purchaseware Sets now.
SHAREWARE SETS~
Shareware sets are for the most part original designs by the GTG design team. They are available to you for purchase at a reasonable price. You do not receive exclusive rights however, as others may upload the set to their site also. However, there will be a much more limited amount of them being seen and used across the www. When you find a set you'd like to use, there will be a PayPal payment button on that page, which will take you to a secure connection for payment. After we receive your payment, we will email you a zip file or the password and url to the location of the file containing the graphics and html file. If there are any other guidelines pertaining to a particular set, it will be stated on that page where the set appears. Shareware sets prices can be purchased for $10 a set. GENERAL GUIDELINES
You may never use any of our artwork, photographs, or graphics on any immoral websites or those that contain beliefs contrary to the Word of God, the Bible. Family-type/Kid Friendly websites are acceptable. Please visit and read our Statement of Faith before uploading anything from this website. By uploading and using anything from this website, you are agreeing to our Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use anything on our website. Also, if the terms are not followed, we may ask you to remove any of our sets or graphics from your website.
